i get to understand that if i connect a 12v battery to the cable that goes to the motor, the motor should move and proving that the motor is ok. am i right?????
what about testing the the connector at the back of receiver, how to do it with a voltmeter?
thank you
btw the motor is a Technomate...
using the east and west manual option on the receiver does not make the motor move at all,and as the dish stopped in a position that is not the right one i gues, i cannot get any channels)(-red
i did follow your instructions and everything seems to work OK without the F-Connector,but on selecting a channel it keep saying "searching for signal".
is there a way to test the motor dish without a receiver connected????
thanx
hope someone can help.
two days ago i noticed that my Sammy dsr 9500a as been left switched on for about two weeks by mistake ,and it was really hot at the touch of my hand.
i tried to switch between the channels but i did get nothing, and i noticed that my motor dish was not moving at all...
hope this is the right place to post my question.
i would like to get a SKY ITA original wieving card, and as i know that will work ok with the MR cam with NDS software on my Humax 9500i was wondering if it will be able to update himself without using a sky decoder.
thank you
