Got really excited there because I hadn't thought of that. Unfortunately after doing the above it still reboots. I can see it says BBC1 HD in the receiver window but shortly afterwards it reboots. Any other suggestions gladly accepted.

Thanks for the reply, I live in Oxford. I think I'm after lots of English speaking channels, football. Maybe HD if there are any channels out there. I also think I need it installed for me as I could do without the trouble! It would be nice to talk to an expert.
