Thanks that is reassuring. My LNB is over 5 years old. I didn't realise that can be the difference between getting a channel I have had for years and not. There are 4 active transponders on Telstar 12 at 11.518/11.522/11.527 and 11.531. Some time ago 11.522 became unavailable to me and now afer years of it being there 11.527 has disappeared. CNBC and MSNBC are different channels, but these transponders often show programming from both. PAL/NTSC isn't a problem. I did delete all the channels before the rescan. I will try that again, but fear the same. If anyone out there knows what else I should do please post. Thanks for all your...

I am totally stumped. I think it must be the receiver box. The fact that some boxes get video and some not despite us all putting the same co-ordinates in is totally baffling. If I get a new box, can you suggest a good FTA one? Only got this one yesterday so not happy at all.
