another thing.....im getting zapped of the dish motor only when i ground myself against the ladder....i assume this is the voltage coming from the receiver to the dish motor....... any ideas as to what im needing to do to stop this...... regards gordy!

hi mate! right...im not 100% sure on exact make of motor but its usals and disecq 1.2 compatible, its run a 90cm dish (new)with a 0.3 bigsat lnb and i have a golden-interstar dsr 8005ci premium. im having issues setting it up but i think one of my main reasons is the brakckets i got (wall )...

looks like my dish is going to have to go on the chimney stack then!....... if i turn my dish to the right i will hit the wall of the house...... 19.2 is slightly right of right angles to my wall where the dish is mounted..... if i put it on the chimney i will get away with the whole range i...

hi guys..... right im getting there with my pc card system but im still not sure if its set up right.....the dish is pointing to astra and i can get channels but im not sure if im getting the most out the thing....also.....can someone tell me which sat is best for english speaking channels as...

right lads..... prog dvb is running, i have yankse too but dony know what i can get and how to get it.... i have scanned all the transponders and have all available channels on 19.2 east but canal+ and premier etc is all there......cant see them though...... any help or anyone willing to help...

hi again guys...... right......i need to get some hands on help with this skystar 2 set up..... i havent received my 80cm dish yet so im still fixed on 19.2e and cant worj=k out what to do with prog dvb or dream dvb..... i can get channels on progdvb but i dont know how to install softcams...

hi lads..... got the skystar up and running again on astra 19.2 east prog dvb is listing loads of channels that i can see and loads i cant in red. e.g. f1 channels and discovery etc etc....... is there anyway i can get these and what would i need to do, which software and how do i use it...

hi mate....thanks for the reply.......ive been looking at the "tutorials" and it seems a tricky one to set up with a motorised dish etc...... can you advise me on where the cheapest place to get a 1.2m dish/lnb and motor would be motor will the skystar2 move the dish via the correct software...
