Thanks Rolf.
Is the code for this Googlemaps survey freely available online? I was hoping to start to get a similar survey going on broadband availability in rural areas, but my programming abilities are a bit rusty.
Not quite the same. A C120 Ku-band LNB has two probes for H and V with voltage switching.
A WR229 C-band LNB has just one probe and requires a polarotor or corotor to receive H and V, or R and L. A WR75 Ku-band LNB is equivalent.
Hi,
I seem to be having problems accessing the 2D survey. The following error is being thrown up - no problems in the past.

Thanks for the suggestion T_G. I tried that by setting 'K' flag to on in order to prevent automatic updates of DVB parameters, but the DM7025 seems to disregard it. I also tried setting the 'H' flag to on for the unwanted channels to hide them, but that has no effect either. When I read the...

With a DM600 Gemini image, there is a setting in the expert setup to disable 'servicesname...
That is a Fuji prime focus universal LNBF (SSI-T20). Very good LNBF - I imported one from Australia with fixing brackets included.

I also have PM-93 and it has ADL embossed on the feedhorn. I think ADL own the original design patent? But Astrotel are based in the UK.

55kgs of "precision engineered" Jonsa steel. :)
There are some people mounting 2.4M and 3M mesh antennas on them, but the wind load would be much lower.
There used to be a sturdier version, the SMO-36 (2nd picture) but it is no longer manfactured. Satshop24 stock the KM 1012 and use a 3.7M...
PM 93 C/Ku should be OK if you can see the dielectric slab when you open the feedhorn cover.
For Europe, you should use the International model of Chaparral feed.
The feeds in the left picture look like they are designed for an offset dish.
