I think you mean "Star Sat Hit-Express", but this radio bouquet disappeared on the 1st October, so that, "Technisat Service" was the test-card used to activate smart-cards, but it disappeared too on 21st november, and TechniSat recommends MTV Hits, MTV Music and VH1 to activate it ;)

I think it's quite strange. A friend could activate one yesterday tuning VH1 for 15 minutes, but I can't I'm using a TBoston receiver with a Conax smartcard reader, and the last time I activated one, I had to wait 5 o 6 days on MTV Hits (of course, without changing the channel)
