I am just across the water from you and a 1m dish just won't do it if you want to view in the evening, in winter the signal stays for longer, but not much.

Why is it, when you ask a straight forward question, sometimes all you get is a smart-ass answer with nothing positive.

Thanks to all, found the spec on the Andrews site 114mm (4.5") diameter is correct, with a minimum pole height of 1220mm (48")

Does anyone know the diameter of the pole required to mount a Channel master 1.8m dish, I need to get a special shaped mounting pole manufactured.

Hi all, which is the best cam to use to watch UK SKY using my Technomate 5500CiP and my Sky Freesat card.

I will soon be moving to an area that has no phone lines, so I want to use a mobile with GPRS to send requests and a satellite dish to receive download. I have sorted most of it out, but, I would like to know what is the best way to interface the phone to my PC. Anyone had any experience?
