I downloaded latest v_keys and v_sids, I was able to view scrambled programs like Premiere and CN, but only for 10 min...., then it started breaking up. It worked when PMT Pid was Ignored, now it just shows it's scrambled, i need advice about this

I'm new to this, i want do view satellite chanells through my computer, but i have no CAM, can I decode chanells without cam, like emulating or something like that, by software.... i use winDVB
