Well, they've started to test C-band transponders now.
3825 L is active atm, the bandwidth is around 50 MHz (received in Belarus, not my info)
P.S. There is Left Circular polarization on both plots, since a single-polarization LNB is used there.
According to the last TLE, Express-103 sat is now stabilized on GSO at 102.9e position, ready for testing.
Unfortunately, I can't monitor the testing of 103e, since there are obstacles on the way.

P.S. Please don't pay attention on the peak 10750 V, it is an interference from the local oscillator (LO=10750 MHz) of the neighbor circular LNB.
The testing of Express-80 sat in Ku-band has started this morning at 80,5e position.
Test carrier 11606 V in wide mode was active an hour ago.
Test carrier 11672 H in wide mode was active just a moment ago.

By the updated info, Express-103 will work at 96.5e position. 103e is its reserve position. Probably this sat will be relocated to 103e later, after...
