So, I flashed the box with a new image that came with the openwebif and I don't like that so I removed it and downloaded the proper one from the plugins section- The default web UI won't work saying the there's missing module spwd. Can I download and reinstall the web ui manually? Thanks in advance

for some people that don't like messing around with their receiver it'd be perfect, but it's not for me.. you don't seem to be able to change anything in it....

yes, it is. and I'm not sure if I like it tbh, would prefer a less messed around with image where I provide my own bouquets etc..

yes just make sure you don't get an Openbox x5 or a Skybox f6.. These are fake and there is very little support for them. I can only recommend the f3 as it's the only one I've used (other than the x5) but I believe the f5 runs the same firmware.

got mine.. Manhattan Plaza ST300. looks like the pic attached. had to scan channels again, as it hadn't stored anything... Edit: picture wouldn't upload?!

I'll try and find mine tomorrow and see what it's like and what model it is... Think it was a fairly cheap one.

That being said, I had a Manhattan Plaza box (not sure which model) and every time you pressed the off button on the remote you had to rescan and do channel lists again.. Maybe I was just unlucky though.

Your profile says you also have a DM500, maybe I'm alone on this but I think you'd be better off using that with your motorised dish? Although I've heard they can be a bit fussy about turning a dish...
