The most popular and cheapest DVB-S PCI card is Skystar2. All most all s/w like, native DVBViewer,progDVB,DVB Dream,MyTheater,AltDVB,etc are able to use softcam.key through plugins. But sorry to say that there are no softcams for any Indian channels from NSS6/INSAT4A :( Another gr8 thing you...
