I've been using a Manhatten Freesat box and found I could get TV5 Monde by searching Non-Freesat channels and I was also able to get English subtitles without any problem
I recently bought a Humax Freesat HDR (older model) to use instead so that I could record programs.
Finding non-freesat channels was more complicated but I found my way and found TV5 Monde
It works fine only I cant get subtitles for TV5 Monde like I can with my Manhatten box
It always comes up with "No subtitle Data". This never happens with the Manhatten
Is there something I can do to make the subtitles work?
They work on other channels
