These seem relatively difficult to lock, probably down to the 5/6 FEC in 8PSK.
Couldn't get them to lock at all on my (fairly quick, admittedly) check at tacking an offset LNB onto a Zone 2 Sky dish pointing at 13°E.
It seems like they're going for Dutch people travelling around Europe as part of their target audience (otherwise why be on the Europe-wide beam I guess) which is a bit of a trade off against getting the maximum capacity out of a transponder by using a high FEC and thus making accurate dish alignment more important.
