You need to use NetUpdate4 as suggested by John.
This tool is a bit strange, since you need to understand the philosophy behind it. I certainly struggled to get it to work!
You need to download the desired satellite transponder lists (normally known as *.ini) files. Make sure you use the correct format: in this case they need to be in *.ini format. Use PLAN DOWNLOAD. I used the last link shown in the software,
http://satellites-xml.eu/ and downloaded a ZIP containing the *.ini files of all satellites.
Then you need to import them to NetUpdate4. From here you can then upload them to the meter. Do it one by one and chose only the satellites that you need - if you try all satellites, I will run into erros and won't find them easily. Also, there is no point in storing satellites which are impossible to receive in your location, unless you plan to fly around the world with your meter.
Inside the meter, you need to finally configure your current user settings in order to contemplate the satellites you are interested in, from the available ones you just uploaded.
What makes it especially difficult is that you will get lots of strange uploading errors, which are really due to incompatible *.ini files. So pick the ones you need and edit them if necessary.
Also, make sure you read the NetUpdate4 manual! It is not great, but does help a bit.
Good luck,
Vitor
