Nah - the prediction services are useless where a satellite is actively being manoevered. The predictions are for a few days ahead until they are next updated. Where the motors are fired to slow it down the predictions take a few days to catch up
Finally this satellite is drifting to 31.0°E, and will be there in the first week of December.
, it's a field and the nearest building is half a mile away or more in that direction. The main problem is the immediate neighbours whose front path would be the nearest obstruction if people walked on it, the dishpointer site says a maximum height of 1m, so am I right in thinking that if it were mounted on a 1m pole, that means 2m? i.e. is it taken from ground level? If so then so long as no-one tall visits my neighbours, I might stand a chance! But if a large truck parked etc. I'm sure I would lose it. I'm definitely going to try.
