hi all .can anybody help me with this problem
i have got the position and the transponder 12674 h 20255 has 74 quality but the transponder 12601 h 45000 doesnt have signal i have the tested this transponder on sky star hd usb and the 12601 has qualiy of 70 please help me .does my device(qbox) support 8psk freq

It's possibly the symbol rate it doesn't like, but also there are only occasional feeds on that transponder according to King of Sat.

The QBox USB S2 won't resolve an SR of 45000 with a DVB-S2 carrier. Limited to 30MB/s.
