I'm sure I've seen a digibox that showed some transmitter info in the tuning section of the menus but it was a while ago and I can't think which one it would have been. It's a shame this extra info is not more universally shown.

Just go to ITV or BBC and then via the menu select manual tuuning, on most TVs it will show the frequency/real channel number your programme is on and you can use this to tell which transmitter you are receiving.
