Advice Needed Most sensitive full featured card PCIE/USB Tuner currently available?

Hi Guys

After realising my DVBSky card of old isnt going to cut it anymore to pull feeds from 68.5e cband, time for an upgrade. Whats the best thing I can get my hands on at the moment?

Needs to work with full features of crazyscan etc...
Dual tuner would be nice else ill need to buy 2.

It does apsk aswell as multistream inputs ect
