Mystery solved.
I called the national Agency for communication networks and services to inquire about any possible MMDS services in the area and they told me there's indeed one operator operating which might be using these exact frequencies; which he confirmed.
One can ask himself how much possibility exists to get such signal repulsion right from the Clark's belt? With antenna inclination of 10° obviously just about 100%.
