A starting channel on 0.8w to aim at?

Sorry if this has been covered elsewhere. I've a pretty good idea from guides how to setup my system (zgemma h2s, 0.9m LTC offset dish, techmate rotator and irdeto twin lnb)

I'm currently watching astra 28e which was easy to find so the kit works, but can't get a fix on Thor at 0.8w when aiming at it and doing a scan. Obviously it'd be ideal to pretune to a channel at 0.8.

What's a current strong signal receivable in North West England? I've seen some old posts and not sure what's currently ideal? If that makes sense!

same here,rainy weather and midday time mean weak reception for 7w and it strengthens a lot after 7pm

Any luck with adding to the arc ?

You should get an idea of where the dish is supposed to point by finding channels from 4.8E first.
