Quite often I check the inclined satellites at the moments they cross the belt.
Few results on Ku-band, guess I'm out of footprint for most.
It's data stuff only, sometimes unlockable (propritary/military use?):
68.65ºE, incl 0.7º, Intelsat 7: nothing
66.2ºE, incl 0.8º, Galaxy 27: nothing
65.8ºE, incl 5.4º, Intelsat 26: nothing
51.2ºE, incl 4.3º, Sirius 3: nothing
50.5ºE, incl 1.4º, NSS-5: nothing
50.15ºE, incl 1.1º, Intelsat 5: nothing
48.25ºE, incl 4.1º, Eutelsat 48A: 11570H...11700H: strong lockable signals, 11700H...12100H: weak
48.0ºE, incl 1.0º, Eutelsat 48C: 11200..11450 unlockable
32.9ºE, incl 2.1º, Intelsat 702: nothing
31.2ºE, incl 3.1º, Astra 1E: nothing
29.5ºE, incl 16.7º, AMC-14: 12200...12700 circular: strong (but hard to get because of 28.2 & 30.5 East, and fast moving!)
