Well you do not say what you were expecting on this frequency but if Rojhelat
you are searching using the incorrect parameters for FEC and SR

11625 V Knesset Channel 3000-3/4
11630 V Middle East Middle East TV 3000-3/4
11635 V Rojhelat TV 1480-3/4

What evidence do you have that your Dish is actually aligned to Amos, and not to another Satellite?

Some times when frequencies are very close to each other ,some receivers have difficulties to lock the signal .
the METV channel is still transmitting as you can see .
the parameters that already you have enter are correct for metv : 11630 V SR 3000 Fec 3/4

Try detuning the receiver - low symbol rate channels are often difficult to lock onto especially if the lnb has drifted slightly..

Try
11628
11626
11624
11622
11632
11634
11636
11638

Have a try first as Analoguesat says and then if you haven't any success then you have to try with another one receiver

This is receiver fault ,
the receiver can see the signal , that's why you have Signal level and Signal Quality , but he is not able to lock it

Ah, try switching the base station of your DECT telephone off completely and scan again, you are in the middle of the known lo-band frequency intereference area for such telephones

Lo band problems:-

11630 to 11650 MHz (9750 MHz LO) IF is 1880 to 1900 MHz

I tried all your suggestions, but none of them worked.
I deleted 11625V, and then searched for METV using its exact freq, SR, FEC, VPID & APID and at last this idea turned to be the most appropriate for my satellite receiver.
