That's because the last TLE for Astra 5B is of 28 March.

Don't slap yourself, a n2yo visitor can't easily see the TLE epoch!
I just dropped a note to n2yo suggesting to also show that, we'll see...

But I had nothing on 12035 H and 12056 V.

12054V, 12166V, 12264H, 12443V active at the moment in wide-carrier mode. Maybe all carriers are modulated, but can't check this because of weak signal levels for me.
