It could be expensive, but not impossible.

It weighs about 120 lbs. so shipping would be expensive. Local pick-up preferred.

there are no bargains anymore... people have seen the CM dishes going for decent money so ask stupid money for them. its worth £50-£75 as a clean up project

There are plenty of bargains for dishes as can be seen from the link put up by "martin-f" above.
There are less mugs around to get caught by greedy sellers asking stupid prices.

Its all a waiting game as far as I am concerned right place right time, don't rush/bid on the first thing you see,

Just saw the end of that auction, it looked like no one was going to bid on it then with only seconds to go 4 bidders appeared and it went for £205.
Pity they stopped making these motors, as they still seem quite popular, but £205 seems a lot.

As stated above, sold for £205, they cost less than that when they were in production, no bargains there.

I also watched that Jaeger auction. Nothing happened till last 10-15 seconds, and then guys went bananas . I did not know that CJ was among them . There is one of the last screenshots I took before last minute when price was still stable. I think, 205 GBP is fair price for such a nice motor (it is basically new, unused and in original box).
After 15 hours Ajak H2H 180 will be sold. Price still 10 bucks.

I picked up a brand new Jaeger 1224 including the channel master plate for £85 off eBay a year or so ago, they were definitely out of production at the time. That was a bargain, £205 is definitely not a bargain.

I have not installed it yet, it is still in the box. I bought it as a spare just in case the Jaeger 1224 fitted to my dish broke down.

OK, then just post some pictures from your current installation (I like to see more pictures of Jaegers cuz someday will need mine to be installed). Do not think you will need spare Jaeger, your old one will last forever. Sell your spare one for price ~3 times more than you've invested, would be good business. Just kidding.
