Bent dish arms - how best to unbend?

On a recently acquired CM120 I encountered some slightly bent LNB holding arms.
What's the best way to "un-bend" them?

Alternative is to buy new feed-bearing arms. Should not be necessary...

Well you could try very gently with an external tube or pipe bender perhaps as looking at the end profile it looks like an internal flexi spring will not fit inside

Fill them up with sand first. It will support them internally when you apply any pressure on them. Make sure you pack it as tight as possible.

In additition to nano's suggestion..
Once filled with sand warm with a blow torch around the bent area ...then sandwich between two flat wood surfaces
apply enough pressure to iron out the major kink ...and then roll it between the wood sandwich.
Not sure how effective this would be with steel but works fairly well with copper and ally..
good luck
