box 500s lost some channels and scanned but there still not back any help thanks

got a server sorted and at first all channels show and shows the entitlements then after a couple of weeks lost certain channels ,and they dont view, but the c lines are getting them, today i done a cccam reset as allways and done nothing diffferent than normal and they showed again for 1 hour then picture froze and lost them again is there a reason for this ?

pli 3 im useing and yes i have not lost entitlements yes the card is inserted properly and yes i have done a rescan so what could it be thanks

Your terminology is a little confusing. It seems like you're talking about a card you own, in your own box, but then you mention C lines which doesn't make sense.
Can you be a lot more clear on what you have setup and what you're trying to achieve.

No - still not clear enough. Are you saying you are sharing your card to other folks and its working fine for them or you are all using an external server (pay server?) and its working ok for them and not for you?

i cant see what is not understood ? i have a 500s that i use with a sly card in and use as a server, i share too other friends there getting the pop and bits and its me thats not

Ok, work through these questions please...

Is the card showing up to date entitlements ?
Do you have any C lines in your config, or just F lines ?
Do your friends have any other C lines in their config, or just the one you gave them ?
When you zap to a channel that doesn't work, do you get any on screen messages or does it just stay black ?
Have you checked reception figures ? SNR, BER ?
Did you use the Dreambox Config Creator to make your basic CCcam.cfg ?
What version of CCcam are you using ?

only f lines on my server box
c lines i gave them
the picture sometimes stays black and sometimes shows but then will freeze and then i dont get them back but not on all only certain channels, then at times there back but not for long then freezes again

checked reception figures snr on channels that work 78% ber 0 but on ones that are black at times snr 78% ber 65

Did you use the Dreambox Config Creator to make your basic CCcam.cfg ? nope used the 2.14 on pli 3 then edited due too getting blank channels on movies and bits now there showing fine no probs

The version of CCcam you're using or the image you've installed doesn't really have anything to do with how you made your config file. If you're not totally comfortable with the make up of the CCcam.cfg then you should be using the Config Creator.

a BER of 65 is no big deal really, although 0 would be better.
Do you have another box you can try ?
I'm starting to think this is a crap quality clone problem.
Also, try installing a different image.
