after 54.9 anything else available...in case the further i go, it might not be as obstructed...

I think 60.0E is supposed to have some reasonably strong transponders on it but I have no line of sight to check it.
Also 68.5E in Ku-Band has transponders that are receivable in the UK on a 1.2m dish but it is low in the sky.

You could setup a spare dish temporarily and move it to locations on the property to scan for the extreme arc edge satellites.
No need to motorise it, just manually adjust the Az/El/Skew for the satellite you are seeking and use dishpointer as a guide for your location.

68.5E is (was) a relatively easy catch - even with an 80cm dish.

I also received 70.5E with a 90cm Fibo - looking at it now, there are still some channel available on the wide beam.

A very long time ago I managed to lock 72.1E near Bristol on my 85cm Penta dish. I lived in a top floor flat, and had clear views to the eastern horizon. Elevation of around 0.6 degrees!

Please note that these satellites are VERY low in the sky and signal will come and go due to thicker atmosphere and changing conditions.

A little less analogue, and a lot more crap.

68.5 E should be your first point of call, about 4 degrees above the horizon here.

62°E 11555 V 30000 is strong but if I remember the pictures of your dish you're doing well to get anything from 54.9°E.
