Even the TVNZ News Youtube Stream took the feed from the news agencies. I presume it kept freezing for everyone else aswell.

Yup was freezing on 7e too.

Sydney's NY show seems pretty decent length, plenty music way before. Dunno why the BBC don't do similar for us, Guess its a struggle to get artists who want to perform on NY eve.
