Clarification on startup device

Hi Guys,

So I've spent a lot of time reading this forum, and still not 100% sure of my first step.
The situation for me is I move into a new flat end of the week, it appears it has no tv aerial, but does have a small satellite dish on the side, so I was thinking intially getting a Dreambox DM800 Pro HD (mainly because I would like HD), the one I have seen has the following:

Tuner: Alps rev.M
Bootloader: 76
Sim: 2.01
Software: Gemini 5.1 or any of optional listed below
Optional software:
- DreamElite BlackHole
- OoZooN
- newnigma2
- OpenPLi
CCCam 2.2.1 (latest)
Optional channel lists & bouquets from Astra 28.2.

Intially I just want to be able to view tv, but I would like to at some point be able to watch some Premier League football which is a subject I am a little confused on, currently I stream via myp2p website/internet which is obviously just a foreign tv channel showing premier league football, will I be able to do this via the Dreambox?.

I am thinking I should get Gemini 5.1 o/s.
