Let me clear up some things at first: Czech content is available either over 1W (DigiTV), 19.2E (UPC) or 23.5E (CS Link). Latter carries also slovak SkyLink. The problem with 23.5E in CY is that 3 satellites are active right now: 1E/1G/3A of which only 1G could be reachable and i'm stressing it could because in Rodos it is definetly receivable on 1.80m but 1E not. 3A is the weakest of all and with this dish size just on the limit South of Thessaloniki, so no chance to get it in your area. In December Astra 3B shall replace 1E and 3A and your dish then could be enough but we'll have to wait for a successfull launch at first and see the first reception reports from your area which is extremely difficult because very few people having such dish sizes report in detailed way from CY about satellites with non english speaking content. You say your receiver is from UPC and your card from SkyLink. This slovak provider transmits these channels: http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/skylink.html of which you might be able to get only the ones on 1G Beam, not CT 1/2/3 on 3A V. It's just a guess of mine, but i think that if your 2.20m dish is of high quality and perfectly aligned, also with correct LNB skew (turn) you might get enough signal for the frequencies of UPC: http://www.lyngsat.com/packages/upcdirect.html . Couldn't you get a UPC card instead of SkyLink so that your dish has not to be turned to 23.5E ? Say you're turning your dish to 23.5E, are you sure that the SkyLink card will work in the UPC box ? Both are Cryptoworks but if it's addressable then there might be problems. This should know any Czech or Slovak people here around. If not i could help out with a link to a czech sat board.
