I would like to know if anyone can capture the Turksat DAB stream on 10953 V,1800,3/4 at 42.0E.
Although I have a signal and see the parameters (IQmonitor app and card6504), more is impossible.

I can't lock it here but it should be possible with the usual eti-tools. To note with the TRT DAB+, the format is already ETI-NI rather than the more usual ETI-NA (as used on 9°E/28.2°E/Rai 5°W), so the na2ni tool is not required.

First tune to the transponder (replace 0 with the correct DVB-S adapter number required) -

Code:
tune-s2 10953 V 1800 -system DVB-S -lnb UNIVERSAL -adapter 0

After it's locked, press the q key, then (again, replace 0 after -c with the correct adapter number) -

Code:
dvbstream -c 0 -o 8192 | ts2na -s 0 -p 1068 | dablin_gtk

Thanks for the interventions, which are helpful every time they come from you. :YBut that's not the problem; the problem is that the signal can not be locked permanently and then disappear, and because of that, the stream cannot be run.
Now, I want to recheck this DAB, as it is reported on FlySat that it has left the satellite.
Because of this, I checked that the signal and parameters remained the same, except that there is a problem with the signal, which fluctuates and/or disappears.
I wanted to find out who can check and with what results.

Here is the DAB TRT I recorded in 2023. For the time being, it is not possible.
I'm unsure if the TRT has temporarily stopped his DAB or if the signal has been reduced, even though I notice that it reaches 11 dB for a moment.

I can receive it but it fluctuates a lot. Unfortunately I cannot open the DAB stream.

Thanks, @dreamsat, for your answer.
So it's a signal problem, which I was thinking about.
How significant is the fluctuation from one to another, and how long does it last?
Regards

For me it fluctuates up to 10 dB and waves for two to three seconds.

Dreamsat, even in pouring rain this morning the TRT DAB signal on 10953V 42E has a C/N 12.5dB. This should be more than enough to resolve a QPSK 3/4 signal. Non of my devices lock to it. So maybe they have changed something or its simply gone faulty??

Something's very faulty. And I've been missing the ONID...

Thanks, @Satfaca, for trying.
I checked now, after your test, and found that the problem remained the same when I reported it.
I think it is a technical problem with the transmission(band start), not the reception.
I could also think it is interference from the adjacent trp(10958 V 15.8 dB ) with a strong signal, but it was like that before the failure.
Probably an oversight on the part of the technical staff. Maybe they ignore this kind of program or don't give it the importance it deserves.
Of course, what I say now is more a suspicion than a certainty.
Maybe someone in Turkey could tell us if their area has the same reception problem.
