Hi All
I'm new to the site and came across you folk while looking for a solution to a problem with my LT8700.
In a thread here ... http://www.satellites.co.uk/forums/analogue-systems/55484-echostar-lt8700.html I thought I may be close to it but the problem the thread describes indicates that the power LED is still on. In my case the thing is dead, no power LED or any reaction from buttons on-board or remote.
I have no problem replacing things like the capacitors etc. as long as I know what I need/may need to replace. Has anyone else had the same problem and found the fix? I would more than likely scrap it but I really could do with using it for S-band at the moment (the only thing it does now really ).
Thanks in advance
Ron
