Hi Guys,

I just flashed my DB 7000 with the Hydra Achilles image it all went okay
when the DB starts up I get the Achilles image displayed and then I get Achilles is starting.

Nothing else happens - the remote control does not work etc.

Does this mean I need to plug into the serial port and reflash?

Switch off at the mains and then switch back on, but whilst holding in the up button on the box, this should perform flash erase and then the new image should boot. If that doesn't work then there is always the RS232 flash method as you say.

Thanks, I cannot beleive that I forgot about that.

Well the box is back, as expected all of my settings are now gone.

I am locked onto Thor, I have gone into motor setup and keyed in the usual setting 1/0.8w setting,West and to use 40ma input power.

As I say I can lock into Thor no problem however I cannot serem to find any other sats, and to be honest with you I dont think thats its actually moving the sat dish.

Please help? I have tried playing with some of the settings all to no avail.
