I'm new to this,so would like some help.I HAVE A DREAMBOX DM500S .When i tried to set up my box i could not get add ons whenn pressing the blue button twice .Some one told me i need a new image download.Is this true and if so where and how do i get one ?would appreciate some help. cheers.

What addons are you looking for - if its cams most images no longer have them available from the blue button - you have to load them manually.

You do have the DB500 networked to your router?

I'm looking to get sky on my box. My has box enigma on.I currently get sky free view on it but wish to get full english package.

There are only 2 ways to get the full Sky package. One is with your own subscription.

The other is with a (normally commercial company supplied) card share. Discussion of this route is absolutely and strictly forbidden on this forum.. No second chances, & no arguments about this.


Only fools take this route anyway as many of the c/s systems are run by criminals, and you have absolutely no idea who is running them. - It could be Sky running a fishing expedition so they can send the police round for all you know

The quality is invariably terrible anyway - they give you a lightly loaded card to test, and when they have your money move you onto a heavily overloaded card which is slow to update the keys and gives glitches in your picture.

Well the best thing to do is get a proper legitimate subscription to the provider you wish to watch!
