Eutelsat 36e Sub-Sahara African beam who is receiving this in the uk if you are please confirm what size you are using and where you are. Me 2.4M ASC dish in monmouthshire receive all Eutelsat 36e Sub-Sahara African beam (multichoice) transpoders.

I can confirm that using a 2.4M Channel Master dish in Swansea Uk,that i am receiving all Eutelsat 36e Sub-Sahara African beam (multichoice) transpoders.

Using channel master 1.2m dish in west yorkshire, receiving 4 transponders at the moment, 11996V, 12034V, 12054H & 12073V. No idea how this is being received in the UK!

Well I'm not in the UK but I'll post anyway: I'm not receiving any Multichoice transponders on my Fortecstar 240. All I get on the same frequencies are the russian beam transponders even though I didn't use a dielectric plate.

Using a 1m orbital dish with a inverto black ultra lnb in Stoke-on-Trent i can get 11996V, 12014H, 12034V, 12054H, 12073V,12245H with about 45%-53% signal quality

There is no chance whatsoever of MCA moving onto the European beams - they are set up to serve Africa not Europe!!

we know that now MCA Africa beam is focused on Africa ...

But our point is - why has MCA 'diverted' Africa away from the rest of the world? surely there are many people in Europe etc who would benefit from the beam...sub-saharan Africa shouldnt 'forget' that there is market for it (Africa) in Europe and around the world...and one way of letting the world know is via satellite tv...its time Africa wakes up...
