And yet in Bulgaria, all 5 TP's don't exist. So whatever this testing is for, it's not for it's target market. The rest of 13e is around 12-13dB while these transponders don't even show up on the spectrum.
What intrigues me is that you say the signal on the 5 muxes is not visible in your area, where it naturally should be. But I find that in my area, relatively close to Bulgaria, the signal is strong even with a 1.10m antenna.
Even if the commercial target is for other areas (where?), I'm surprised you don't have any signal at all.
I can guess that it is a problem with your antenna or one of the receiving components. It could be the lnb, or who knows.
You need to extensively check all the equipment you have, even the receiver.

Here is the signal in my area on the 5 trps with the 1.50m and 1.10m antennas.

It is interesting, I'm not alone either. There are reports on Bulgarian forums with similar issues with these specific transponders. It seems the beam drops off just around Romania.

As for setup, I redid the entire thing two days ago, it's perfect with 17dB coming in from Astra too.

Maybe the tests are designed to see if they can stop specific countries from viewing specific beams.

I'm further north and I don't know what the signal is in the border area between our countries, but I doubt that it could drop so suddenly even near your area.
However focused and restrictive a beam may be, it cannot be physically bounded on the outline of an area the operator is considering., especially as Hotbird G has a generous beam (with different levels) over the Europe area. We know this from Eutelsat 9 on the Italia beam or Satback on Telstar 12 at 15.0W.
I assume there are also enthusiasts in your country who have antennas larger than yours, 1m or 1.2(/10)m (regular user antennas) who have tried to get a signal from the respective trps. And I ask, with what results?
Of course, any operator, such as Vivacom, wants to know if the targeted area has sufficient signal for its customers, even more so if it is DTH. Or my tests show it's the latter.
For these reasons, I find it strange, or rather an anomaly, what is happening with the HB G signal in your area.
To avoid jumping to conclusions, it would be more conclusive to have more reception reports from your area. The ones you are talking about, forgive me, are not enough for me.

According to Lyngsat all five of the new Vivacom transponders are on 13F.
Flysat has one on 13F and four on 13G.
As 13F and G have the same strength at my place I can't tell which is correct.

Absolutely nothing here at this time from any of them. Obviously STB isn't an accurate way of recording but I can get the spectrum analyser out with similar results.
1m dish with 13e as centre and 19e offset, 19e at 16dB mostly.

Reports (few) at 13.0E are made only with receivers.
It may seem useless, but it is good to know if users in Bulgaria would try finding and locking the signal with dvb cards.

And yet, because we don't have more reports, I would search on Bulgarian forums if the problem reported by @iandoh is true or not. I found on one of these forums, DXing.org(#541), an image showing that trp 12654 H was received, posted on 2.03.2024.
Whether it's true or not, users from Bulgaria looking for an answer on this English forum should look at those from their country.

Can confirm, they are messing with signals atm and I can pick up some of the transponders.

I have indeed checked local forums who were reporting the same as me. Not sure why you think I'm after technical help here, I'm not. I'm just posting the signals from my location for infomation since that's the point of this thread.

yes, something is obviously not as it should be with the reception of the signal in Bulgaria. At least according to what I have read on the forums. This will probably be resolved in a short time if the package is intended for the Bulgarian market. Otherwise, they will have huge problems with the reception on the antennas of the operator assigns services to subscribers. I think they have size 60 and 80.

In southern part of Sweden the signal on all Vivacom transponders is weaker today.
From 17,5 dB yesterday to 14,8 dB on all TP:s today (1,1 m antenna).

In my area, north-west of the country, the signal has increased by about 2dB with a 1.10m dish on Bulgarian muxes.
