Advice Needed F5s and v8s box , can anyone help me please .

Can anyone please help.
For a long time I've had a sky box for the free channels in a bedroom and a f5s in another bedroom with no problems at all.
I wanted to add another box downstairs so I bought a v8s . I've had a sky chap out to put me a new sky cable in and Ethernet cable .
I've installed the v8s box and all working fine but now on my f5s box upstairs I get no signal on all channels exept channel 4 .
What have I don't wrong please .

Is the cable attached to LNB In, as it should be, or to LNB Out?

When you say no other channels do you mean free channels or subscription channels?
