I have a fibi sprocket here and I'm looking for a larger sprocket for that so that the teeth flow smoothly into each other. That other sprocket must have a 70mm internal hole. Best regards

Hello Trust.
do you have something, show it.
It should match the Av_comm whichever comes from you.
Foto is a example.the black one is from the Rc hobby.

Thats gonna be a big gear if it should fit arround polarpipe , and no I dont have such gear .
The polarpipe I made has a OD (outside diameter) of 70 mm the AV-com even more .
The fibo sprocket can as close as 35 mm from the polarpipe so the OD of that big gear must be at least 140 mm .
Are the teeths of that black gear equal to that fibo sprocket ? I think fibo sprocket has no regular modul teeths

You could consider looking around in the 3d printing community for ideas. There are lots of folks there who might be able to help out with a bespoke gear. If the modulus for the existing gear is unknown, someone could simply design a new pair of gears so you could guarantee perfect meshing. 3d printers have a wealth of materials available which are resistant to adverse weather conditions.

Okay,
I'm already thinking of another solution.
A servo motor with trapezoidal wire. Got ideas from :John and Dreamsat and Trust

Cool - I hope it goes well.
I was interested enough in the subject to create a prototype design for the project. (Retirement gives you more time to play). Your Photo was helpful for the major parameters, and I just estimated the remainder to produce this in Fusion 360. Your spur gear looks like it may have 15 teeth, so with that as a starter, I applied 105 teeth to the second gear, giving a 7 to 1 reduction at the required dimension. The relief holes in the larger gear are for weight reduction and saving material.
The colours you see in my image are simply selected to highlight the two gears meshing.
