thx Llew i found uptool but i need allso patch to flash it (to look scrambled channels) and help me with remote keys or how to change h*x keys manualy because on uptool i dont see some button to upload keyfile.

I may be mistaken, but i don't think you can. The flash file on that site merely patches it to Allcam, allowing you to use cards for various encryption systems.
