How to reset PIN number?

Does anyone know how to reset the PIN number on a Sky Digibox without going through Sky? I have a viewing card that's asking me to enter the PIN to view Channel 5. I have tried entering the last four digits on the viewing card but that's not working.

Only way to do it is to phone Sky. The PIN would have been the last 4 digits of your original Sky card (not your new one if it has been replaced), but if it has been changed then you are stuck.

PIN on Channel 5? Is that because of parental blocking/age certification? :confused

It is a card I have acquired so I have no idea why the PIN was set on Channel 5 or what the number was but thanks for your reply.
