Installing Dream Elite to new DM500 HD

My Satellite Setup
Dreambox DM500 HD
HP DV6000
My Location
East Midlands
Hi I am totally new to Dreambox and learning as I go along! Am needing to flash dream elite to my new box which still has the standard setup, still very new too this so step by step instructions from anyone in the know would be greatly appreciated!!! I just have my HP DV6000 laptop to help me do this!!
