They were saying things like they feel its right they shouldn't have to tell someone they are involved with that they are TG.
And that they feel they shouldn't even have to answer if if they are asked.

No one claimed it to be the same as.
Both things were mentioned in this article that was sent to me by a friend who is Transgender who was shocked about what people were proposing.

I think it all started by a potential change of law regarding Non-disclosure of gender history as deception and a breach of the Sexual Offences act, so this all came up and people wanted to change the law to make it discrimination if you would not date someone or end a relationship etc.
