after december head of it tell they want to down my dish i say and mid january i not see my parabola on roof

am i correct in thinking that someone took it down while you was not at home.
what a waste. that looked expensive and hard work to put up.

I assume the communidad sanctioned the removal. I also assume you didn’t get permission from them to install it in the first place. You’ll find you’ll have very little legal recourse in this matter. Most complexes do not permit the erection of satellite dishes. Normally they have a communal tv delivery system. Have you checked on the rules of the communidad.

complete and utter madness from day one if you did not as for permission,you might face a bill also for the removal of the dish as there had to be a few people involved in taking it down and if a crane was used to take it down thats going to be mad exspensive and you would be liable for the removal bill as if you have not asked or looked for permission before installing that monster then you were just asking for trouble.................................
