Nabilo and second stage bootloader

I have a real DM800 with bootloader
Dreambox Second Stage Loader BUILD #73, built 20090612

Can I install Nabilo on this in flash - I don't use BA. It seems, on some other forums, that there are issues with bootloader versions, but I am not sure whether this just has to do with clones.
Also: Where is the best place to download Nabilo images from?

If you have a genuine Dreambox, then you can always install the latest image available.
The issues occur only with clones.

If you are not a member of Nabilo you can also download from Satdudez.

There are patched versions of nabilo images which will update your bootloader version as you install the patched image.
