No HD on Hotbird

My Satellite Setup
1.2m dish on Astra 28E . Plus Motorized 850cm .
TM3500D and 6800HD receivers. Freecom 1Tb ext-HDD.
Openbox S10 Redline 3000

Eastern Algarve 37n 08W
Hi guys. have HD ok on my TM6800 and Openbox S10 using 28E 26E 19E etc but I cannot get HD

on 13E. SD is ok. Just cannot get a signal HD 13E using both these receivers.

Any ideas?

Just had a look on flySat. Yes you are right, no unscrambled HD on the HB. Apologies
