Advice Needed No sound on netflix through my freesat remote/box

I can't get any sounds on Netflix when watching it through my freesat system. However, it still works on my Firestick so obviously no problems with Netflix. Can anyone suggest what's wrong please?

What does your Freesat system consist of?

Have you tried altering the Audio settings in your Freesat Box? (Note what they are first, so you can play around and, if need be, restore them). I've had some odd behaviours on an early Humax Box with Dolby settings.

I bought a
FREESAT - UHD-4X Smart 4K Ultra HD Digital TV Recorder - 1 TB
last June. I've been having a few problems with it and am not impressed, though am able to deal with them until now. I can't get sound and I've tried so many things. It's very frustrating. Audio setting on the box - I'm not sure what they are and might need a 'tekke' to help me. Thanks for your advice.
