Nokia 9800s firmware V.VA 1.1

i tried many times to update my 9800s but i get the following error masege (Not possible to download. Set top serial port is not responding, check and press "Start down load" again).
Can anybody till me the write steps to do that.i need help from you guys .

You also need to make sure you are using the correct type of cable

is this firmware,also compatible,to the MA 1,3 Settings list?
because between Noka ma 1,3,and 2.,0 the settings was not compatible !
when you make today search on hotbird and astra,the complete channel list is nearly full,because on hotbird allone are nearly 2500 channels now

I have to ask you did you update your mm9800s with VA10 Firmware or with VA1.1 Firmware if the is yes please tell me.In my MM9800s I have MA2.0 and bootloader 1.04 and the receiver can work with VA10 F/W or I had to also update it with boot 2.00 ? I would appreciate if you VA1.1 firmware please send to me .I have VA10 file but I till yet updated with the receiver because I am looking for VA1.1 Thanks in advance. my E-mail is:nomail@blank.net
