Here is some more information about the problem.
I got an information letter from Satcure:
Hi Martin,
Re the sky listing problem,
The main issue is with the Panasonic TU-DSB30 but we have also come across
the fault on the TU-DSB20 and TU-DSB31.
Michael Dranfield also tells me he has come across the problem on some
Amstrads.
The problem also seems to be affecting SKY+ boxes both Pace and Amstrad
If you are recording two programs the listings are not available, also the
clock disappears and if you attempt to view one of the programmes being
recorded you get the message "this program has not started yet".
The recording is fine when replayed later + if you cancel the 2nd
recording
everything returns to normal.
We are also getting reports of some channels missing from the EPG - they
seem to go missing for a few hours then re-appear
The suspicion is that it is resulting from the re-arranging of the EPG's
by
Sky with the problem changing from day to day & even hour to hour.
