Picking up Astra 2D in Barcelona

For the moment I have a I.50M dish pointing at Hotbird 13° and want to pick up Astra 2D for the UK BBC ITV etc. But I cant turn the dish any more to the left because of a wall.... but can lower the elevation. Would it work if i
off-centered the LBN head and if so which way... left or right and by roughly how much
I know Barcelona is right on the edge of the 2D 'footprint' but apparently people can pick it up here.

hello. probally not.
if you cannot align the dish on 28 degrees because of wall it will not work.
offseting the lnb will not if best give you maxum signal and there by no bbc.
the farther you move from the center the lower the signal .
post some pictures of your dish. standing in the back of the dish you need to move the dish 6 inches to the left.
