Problems with setting Dreambox on motorised dish

Hey folks, I decided to treat myself and get a dreambox 800HD and Iv just having so much trouble with it with the motorised dish

I dont use usals, just diseqc 1.2

So i go into service searching/ tuner config and whats the next step then? I choose advanced mode and all satellites but i get LNB like 33 and I pick diseqc 1.2 and no usuals but that doesnt seem to store the sates for me

I honestly dont know where im going wrong, i was a spiderbox owner before, that was a lot easier lol

You seem to be doing it backwards.

Why are you not using USALS?

Can you elaborate on what doesn't work with usals? It's the easiest way proving the dish is correctly aligned.

You can stick with just diseqc but you need to find each satellite manually and then store it. You need to set the use usals to no in that menu and set the position number for a satellite. Lnb in your case should always be 1. You find the satellite itself from positioned menu where you move the dish manually.

all satellite 1
lnb 33

why is it lnb 33, it wont move off that

all satellites 1234 etc are like 34 35 etc lnb

You need to provide more detail as to what you're actually doing as I rather confused as to the steps you're taking.

Can't help with green screen - it's an image problem.

Good news I think I got the usals going, gps on my phone gave me the proper details this stime

My only problem is the green screen which I presume ill have to reflash resulting in losing cccam and channels etc
